Yilick acts as a venue for users to list and buy items. We do not pre-screen users or the content provided by users. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell items.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Yilick, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
